Is it too early for a 2016 NFL draft thread?

With the bowls and NFL season wrapping up and the deadline a little more than two weeks away, seems like time.

Jared Goff and Paxton Lynch officially entered the fray today.

Urban Meyer also said Joey Bosa, Ezekiel Elliott and Cardale Jones are definitely gone (the last two we already knew about).

    Robert Nkemdiche in as well.

With TENN not needing a QB and Browns sitting at #2, I'd have seriously considered returning if I was Goff. Getting drafted by the Browns? Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

It's about showing Lynch the money --Leigh Steinberg posted on FB that he signed the QB. Huge get for the recovering alcoholic/reconstituted agent. He has a dozen clients now but nobody of note. Once upon a time he represented eight #1 picks.

McShay has Lynch rated ahead of Goff, FWIW.

Think Goff ends up being first QB taken. But we'll see.

BTW, the teams that had scouts watching Goff at the Armed Forces Bowl were Houston, St. Louis, San Diego and Dallas.

If I'm Tennessee, I try to get an RG3 deal out of StL or Houston.

Took me a second to realize you were saying. At first, I was like "Man, if Tennessee manages to trade away RG3 that's some impressive GM-ing" :D

Also, since he just threw a TD, I'm going to say that I'm a big Demarcus Ayers (WR, HOU) fan, if he declares.

I don't see a lot of market for one of the top three picks.

I am particularly underwhelmed by Goff. He throws a lot of interceptions even against not-too-great college defenses.
