    Clearly, the answer is B. All he needs to do is cover his junk. And if it's a girl, just mix in a sweater to cover those naughty bits.

    If you're covering junk or naughty bits, than it's B. If you're doing it for warmth, it's A. A also has its appeal as it leaves open the butt sniffing and allows for easier dump taking. There's a lot to consider here.

    Yeah, that's called "negative slope." The more you tighten the belt, the further down the pants slip. Happens to me all the time, particularly this time of year.
