Shot this after a game of dreidel with the godkids and lighting of the shammus and first candle.

Enjoy the festival, fellow Tribesmen and women.

I'll share my mom's recipe for latkes -- best in the world (adjust the proportions accordingly):

    3 white potatoes
    half an onion
    piece of carrot
    Matzo Meal
    2 eggs
    salt and fresh pepper

    Peel potatoes, skin the onion,
clean the carrot, shred the stuff,
    squirt of lemon juice

Crack the eggs and beat them
then pour into the potato mixture
maybe third to half cup of Matzo Meal
season and fry in peanut oil

Just got home from my friend's giant Chanukah open house. Many latkes and much brisket was eaten.

Does this mean I don't have to convert in order to tell Jewish jokes?

A quarter Jewish. Not too shabby.

    Happy Hanukkah to all.
