School administrators wait to see outcome of cheerleading bill

 

Oh, goodie. This clears the way for booster clubs to spend gazillions on implants and butt lifts.

"Bake sale, anyone? Megan needs those D-cups!"

 

I didn't know it was illegal.

 

It should be a legal career track to the SoCal film industry.

And, uh, keep those cheerleader uniforms as props.

 

Well, it should be.

 

But who will cheer on the cheerleaders?

Discussions begin on making competitive cheerleading an official CIF sport in 2017-18

 

Without a bona fide regular season analogous to other sports, it will take a landmark change in policy for OCR to consider competition cheerleading in Title IX numbers.

 

Wow that was a rough read. Those last two sentences were unnecessary.

 

Think they were in the fine tradition of blue font journalism here. But can you hear the recruiting pitch now? "Brittany, not only will we make you head cheerleader here at Podunk High, unlike at Podunk West, we'll supply you with free shoes and hair products until graduation!"

 

I'm worried that these girls are going to get the impression that it's OK not to fuck the football players.
