NFL doesn't seem to mind felons, as long as they don't punch their girlfriends.

 

He already missed nine games in 2014 for this stuff.

The reality is it's very unlikely he stays clean from this point.

Contract year too. He goes from a huge bonus to maybe playing for a couple million non-guaranteed.

 

He was just released from custody. Says there was no DUI but admitted things could have been handled differently, whatever that means. Says he's sorry, but wants the truth to come out.

He's a serious alcoholic. He needs to get into rehab, forget about the NFL for a long time.

 

As long as he's readyvto play what difference does it make whether he's an alcoholic or a felon or drunk driver. Other than public relations.
