    Independent news organizations will have to fight for the scraps.

    You know, as much as the Wilmer Flores stuff happened because of rumors and Twitter, I can see more of it happening if teams impose these rules.

    Because if reporters don't have access, they're going to start reporting on anything they hear, whether it's true or false, and teams and officials are going to get more upset because the reporters have no choice.

    I'd be ecstatic if the journos just said "fuck y'all" and didn't cover anything to do with practices or games.
