This article is incredible. Full of 'code words' like dog walkers or joggers. Or residents saying its "unsettling" to have whites move in.

This quote is a whopper: "We have so few areas," he says. "So little turf that we can call our own. This is yet another invasion by another group coming in to destroy both the culture, the lifestyle and the economic continuity of our area." haha - racism is fine as long as its against the white devil.

Racism = prejudice plus power.

 

Well, we've come a long way if the issue now is blacks worried about the whites moving into their neighborhood.

 

This is one of the dumber parrot points. Racism is about hate. You don't need a damn bit of power to hate.

 

Damn that fluorescent spandex. Damn it to hell.

It often is but doesn't have to be. Racism is a belief of superiority/inferiority between races.

You don't have to necessarily hate another race to feel superior to them. The Upper East Side primates likely feel superior to every other social class . . . but may not necessarily "hate" them. Fans of winning teams feel superior to fans of losing teams . . . bnt likely don't hate those other fans. And so on.

 

Dylann Roof didn't have any power in society, so TSP thinks he's not a racist.

 

He was the only armed person in the place.

 

Oh, they've got power locally, but until now, they've been mostly racist against poor blacks:
