    The arguments against it are very weak, but not much of a constituency. Like polygamy but more so.

    I think the movement to decriminalize pot nationwide is going to gain steam rapidly, no pun intended.

    The next battle will be to have the tax exempt status revoked from Churches that do not recognize gay marriage.

    I think something like this -- ministers of churches that don't provide same-sex weddings will not be allowed to officiate at weddings that will be recognized by the state -- might happen in some jurisdictions
