So Clay Travis predicted that DeMarcus Cousins would be arrested in five years. On the fifth anniversary of that hot take, Cousins was named to the All-Star team and reminded the world the he had not, in fact, been arrested.

Twitter has blown up.

 

Clay Travis is a fucking moron.

 

This turned out to be moronic, yes. But at the time he made that proclamation, Cousins couldn't even get along with ultra-player's coach John Calipari. Anyway, Clay Travis is far from a moron. He is a lawyer, has written two books and is a huge reason for the success of Fox Sports 1. Not many better in the sports entertainment business.

 

Being smart and a moron aren't mutually exclusive.

Fox Sports 1 has success?

 

Seriously. Other than the lovely and talented(?) Charissa Thompson, Fox Sports 1 is unwatchable. Worst lineup of commentators on any network, up to and possibly including Fox News.

 

Umm, Gus Johnson? Katie Nolan? For a time, Regis Philbin?

 

Donovan McNabb, Gabe Kapler, Petros Papadakis, Jay Onrait, Dan O'Toole ... shall I go on?

 

Aside from McNabb, those are all talented people that make Fox Sports 1 watchable.

 

If you say so. I despise each and every one of them. And there are more that don't immediately come to mind.

 

Why does Petros yell at me all the time? I don't like that.
