Yes. They believe the Games will cause intolerable traffic snarls.

They cemented their arms in barrels of concrete?

Holy crap, these people are desperate for attention.

    What a wussy protester.

"Boston firefighter’s power saw generated sparks that flew onto the protester. He screamed in pain because he was being burned. The firefighter stopped, and more blankets and protective tarps were brought to protect the protesters."

    "I've fallen and I can't get up"

They should have gotten fork lifts and carted them away still attached to the cement filled barrels.

I only celebrate protests by unions of Democratic mayors. All others are worthy of my scorn.

Some of the comments in The Herald are classic:

"How about moving them to the HOV lane, then "crush" the protest with that machine that moves the jersey barriers? Works out for everyone. Guy driving the machine is 99.99% union, he'd get paid admin leave for the 8 years it would take to investigate. Few more would get out on disability. Maybe Granny could go out there and support her Run Elizabeth Run members."

I blame liberals for fostering and inspiring this kind of dangerous behavior. This doesn't raise social awareness, promote reforms, or make people change their beliefs; all it does is harm innocent people and cost the taxpayers money that would be better spent on the homeless, children at risk, or the elderly. Thanks kids, you made your moonbat professors like Warren and Obama proud."

Hey College protesters remember what the great Dean Wormer said.... "Fat and stupid is no way to go through life"
