Hooves up, don't moo

Yet another senseless cop killing, this time in Pocatello, Idaho. The black female had just escaped a near certain death in a prolonged hostage situation. The cops told her to stop running, but she didn't. So they gunned her down in the street like an animal.
She had allegedly rammed three police vehicles during the pursuit, but I'm sure the damage was manufactured to clear the trigger-happy cops.
