Crazy couple of weeks for Hells Angels in the Bay Area. The leader of the San Jose chapter was shot to death in a bar in Reno. Funeral was today in San Jose. Heavy police presence all over the city -- but another Hells Angel is shot dead at the funeral. The one killed today, he was a defendant in a beating death at a strip club 15 years ago.

The original story about the murder that started it all:

What wasn't in that story, which oddly painted the guy as a good dad who just rode bikes as a hobby, is that video surveillance shows him pistol-whipping people in the bar just before he's shot dead.

    Those irascible, lovable biker boys.

I guess after the Mongols disintegrated the Vagos decided to step up an challenge the Hells Angels for control.

A member killed another member at a third one’s funeral. Brotherhood!

The suspect is already in custody. Wasn't even part of a gang beef. Sick son of a bitch just wanted to watch the guy die.

The acquittals came in the same courtroom and before the same judge who in December 2017 found flagrant misconduct by prosecutors and dismissed criminal charges against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his sons and supporters in a 2014 armed standoff with government agents. An appeal of that dismissal is pending.
